New Computer Line-up announced

SDR users now have four computers specifically designed and tested, component by component, for optimum performance.

A new computer designed for small operating spaces, RVs, dxpeditions, etc., is available. The Incredible Small-Form-Factor Computer has the power to run Flex-3000s and 1500s with a low power-consumption footprint.

The new "King of the Hill" is The Ultimate Op Computer. This is a crazy-powerful machine, powered by Intel's i7-3930 6-core, 12-hyperthread CPU which blows the lid off of benchmarks. Connect up to 6 monitors and know you have a machine that your son/grandson will tell his friends about!

The premium The Dx'ers Dream Computer is using the Intel i7-2600 CPU, which is the most performant versus cost processor Intel has ever produced. This dream machine will meet all of your needs for many years in the future.

A new Entry Level Computer rounds out the new line-up of SDR computers. Sporting the powerful AMD Phenom II X6 965 4-core CPU, you will comfortably drive all Flex radios at an incredible price.

All systems now use Windows 7 64 bit operating systems.

Support Services

With over 30 years of experience in technical support and services, Abroham Neal Software provides top-quality support for the new computer user as well as the corporate environment. The following services can make your casual as well as professional usage of computers be much more satisfying.

Computer System Tune-up and Optimization

If your computer isn't acting the way you expect, there could be many causes. One major cause is the installation of programs that leave listeners behind, those little programs that contact the company webserver and remind you to upgrade your license. Prime examples are Realplayer, Logitech mouse control software, Apple Quicktime, Google, Ask,Adobe and Norton Anti-viruns. Some of these programs leave behind these listeners even after you have uninstall them. Another cause is Microsoft. Windows has to work in environments ranging from the casual home user all the way up to the highest security government office. To meet these requirements, Microsoft has almost 50 services that can pop in and perform an action. This unexpected (and un-asked for) service can often cause your machine to slow down and if you are using your PC for time critical processing (like software-defined radios!), you may experience stuttering, audio gaps and some programs that stop working. Finally, the graphics capabilities of Windows provides a lot of eye-candy, but you can get a lot more out of your current PC by turning off some of them (and you probably will not notice the graphical changes).

If you want to get the optimal performance out of your current PC, Abroham Neal provides a thorough cleaning, tuning and optimization of your PC remotoely (using Teamviewer) or in our shop. You will be amazed how fast your current PC actually is!
